Tender ID: 568984
Tender Details
Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Cyber Security branch requires a vendor to assist in the development of the Agency’s new Cyber Security Strategy and Roadmap for 2025 and beyond.
This work is intended to build on the current Cyber strategy and roadmap for 2022-25. Focus areas internally identified include creating a sustainable workforce, defining the role of the Agency, and DevSecOps.
The engagement should include a current state assessment, consulting and running workshops with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the Agency. It should also support the preparation of committee papers and accompaniment through the Agency’s internal approvals process.
The approach should allow for agreement on the vision, structure and concepts first, then producing detailed content as development progresses to deliver a realistic and actionable roadmap that addresses the Agency’s vision and goals.
The intended outcome is to develop a Cyber Security Strategy in which the gaps in the current state are understood and an appropriate strategic target future state for the Agency is articulated.
The major milestone for the engagement is to present the strategy and roadmap to the Board for approval in February. The strategy would need to be finalised by end of year, to allow enough time for review and approvals.
