Inner West Council is seeking to procure and implement a new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based Business Paper system for the purpose of running statutory meetings as part of Councils core functions. Council currently uses an on-premise solution (InfoCouncil).

The high-level scope is for vendors to provide a turnkey solution that incorporates:

• Implementation Services

• Systems Integrations

• Agenda & Meeting publishing to website (including future Digital Experience Platform via APIs)

• TechnologyOne Enterprise Content Management (Document & Records Management) 1

• API Access

• Reporting & Analytics

• Training

• Support & Maintenance

Council requires the system be configured for the following meeting types:

• Council Meetings

• Executive Strategy

• Executive Team – Agenda Review

• Local Traffic Committee

• Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC)

• Major Capital Projects Committee

• Customer Service Review Sub-Committee

• Flood Management Advisory Committee

• Asset Management Steering Committee
