Seeking suitably qualified and experienced private businesses to provide cleaning services for rental properties leased by MLHD.

Scope:

• Cleaning services on each property varies depending on the tenants in the accommodation, flexibility is required as tenancy arrangements change with the user demand of the hospital.
• Cleaning requirements are provided each Friday for the following week (commencing Monday). The majority of cleans will be scheduled for Monday – Friday however some weekend cleaning will be required depending on occupancy. On average, 25 houses will require cleaning each week but the type of clean will vary depending on users.
• Other tasks will include Monitoring consumable supplies in storeroom (located in hospital dock area) and advising the Fleet and Accommodation Coordinator of any required purchases. Some houses (as advised) will need consumable supplies to be maintained, purchases are undertaken by Wagga Wagga Base Hospital (WWBH) on advice from the agent, however the agent is required to ensure supplies are to a satisfactory level as part of the cleaning services.
• Provide ad-hoc support and assistance for replacement and delivery of inventory items for properties furnished by MLHD, monitor house inventory items and report any furnished items that needs replacing.
