This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is released in order to engage a competent construction organisation which can successfully deliver construction services for the upgrade of Mirrabooka Town Square project as detailed in the tender documents.

Basis of Contract Award

The Principal intends to award a contract to 1 Respondent and reserves the right to award contracts to multiple suppliers if deemed appropriate.

Non Mandatory Briefing / Site Inspection

The Site Briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the IFT prior to the Tender Deadline. No pre-registration is required as signing of the attendance register will take place at the Briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants and tradespeople are welcome to attend the Briefing also.
