Tender Description
Darebin City Council is seeking a competitive tender from a suitably qualified builder for the construction of the KP Hardiman Pavilion in Plenty Road, Bundoora.
The scope of works broadly includes the following activities:
- Earthworks and removal of contaminated material (if any) off site;
- Construction of a single storey, predominantly brick and blockwork sporting pavilion;
- Construction services works associated with the pavilion including:
o Electrical works
o Plumbing works
o Mechanical works
- External landscaping and ancillary works including:
o vegetation
o hard landscaping
- Commission and handover the building to Council
- Demolition of existing pavilion and services
The building work is to be carried out strictly in accordance with the project specifications and drawings and to be completed as per the tenderers approved program by no later than April 2026.
