Emu Park Golf Club Inc. - Fully Accessible Toilet Construction Project - Open Tender
In partnership with the Queensland Government Department of Tourism & Sport MIIFF Grants scheme, EPGC are extending the existing Clubhouse to incorporate fully accessible toilet facilities.
The EPGC MIFF Project Control Group invite suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for this project. The contractor will be responsible for Construction Building Approvals and all other associated certifications required for project completion. The project has an expected completion date of June 2025.

The Tender submission should include a detailed and itemised schedule, full scope of works, initial costings, project timetable, capability and experience statements and client/industry references.
Additional construction project scope is included with the DTS funded scope of works and funded directly by the Club.
