This Request for Quote (RFQ) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Quote for the AS01 James Hight Library Atrium Light Fittings Supply contract opportunity.

We are seeking light fittings for UC James Hight Library Atrium as specified in the attached Beca specifications dated 04 October 2024.

The goods will be free issued by UC to an electrical contractor for installation. The installation is scheduled to take place between 18 November 2024 and 07 February 2025. Exact dates will be confirmed by the contractor. The supplier may deliver the goods in batches during the noted installation timeframes to accommodate production constraints. The supplier shall advice the proposed delivery schedule.

The quantity to be delivered is specified in the Beca specifications dated 04 October 2024.

We require the goods to be delivered to the UC Ilam campus, Christchurch (exact location will be confirmed).

Payment will be on successful delivery of milestones.
