CleanCo, through the Wivenhoe SCADA Upgrade Project, seeks to address existing issues with the SCADA system and to transition the Wivenhoe Power Station to a new SCADA platform – Ignition SCADA, which is being implemented at another CleanCo asset site, Barron Gorge Power Station. The implementation of Ignition SCADA will also be an enabler for the Wivenhoe Control System becoming agnostic with a Centralised Operations Room (COR).

The objective of this procurement is to identify and engage a contractor to work in a full-time or 4-day per week capacity to assist with the construction of Wivenhoe’s new Ignition SCADA Platform. The selected contractor, through 1 (one) of its personnel, will be expected to be part of the SCADA Upgrade Project Team and will be required to work and collaborate with Wivenhoe’s Electrical Technicians on the development of the SCADA Platform and external supporting contractors.

The role of the contractor will be to leverage the requirements and details within the Detailed Design Specification to guide the development of the new Ignition SCADA system. In conjunction, assist and guide Wivenhoe’s Electrical Technicians on the development and build of the SCADA platform.
