Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to undertake the toilet and kitchen upgrade works at Snug Community Hall. The work shown, but not limited to remove of existing structure, fittings and fixtures. Construct and install new toilet and kitchen facilities as well as concrete access ramp as per drawings.

The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 9:30 AM on Friday 18th October, on site. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.

Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from this portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the link at the top of this page.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again.
