Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Design and Construction of New Bayswater Bus Depot.
The purpose of this project is to provide a new Transperth bus depot facility that will be operated by a contracted bus service provider.
The project includes but is not limited to design, supply, delivery, installation, alterations, additions, testing, commissioning and warranty of:
- all architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, communications, security, compressed air and fluids services as outlined in Scope of Work & Technical Criteria (SWTC) and reference design drawings
- electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment, systems and infrastructure to enable provision of electric bus charging and depot operations
Briefing
A briefing session will be held at Public Transport Centre, Summers Street, Perth on 15 October 2024 1:00 PM.
Tenderers will be required to sign in with Security on arrival and be escorted from there.
