The Shire of Coolgardie is seeking to engage the services of suitably qualified and experienced consultants and contractors with relevant local government experience to provide local government services on an as and when required basis as part of a panel of suppliers as set out in the specification included in the RFT.

The service categories requested in the RFT include:

1. Strategic and Statutory Land Use Planning and Development Services

2.Engineering Design Services.

Please note this is a panel refresh and existing local government services related panel suppliers do not need to retender unless for new categories.

Mandatory Site Visit: Not Applicable

Submission: Tenders must be submitted electronically

Electronic Tender Forum:

ALL questions relating to the RFT should be requested online using the tendering portal only. All enquiries are to be made through the Shire of Coolgardie's E-Tendering Portal's Q & A Forum.

The Shire of Coolgardie accepts no responsibility for submitted tenders failing to be in the portal at the time and the date of closing.

Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify tenders.
