Tender Description

Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the design and construction of a new modular community facility at Peakhurst Park,

Hedley Street, Riverwood. The project includes demolition of the existing building, all associated site investigations and development approval/s.

The former Peakhurst Scout Hall is located at Hedley Street, Riverwood and The Scout Association of Australia (NSW) surrendered their lease in February 2021. The facility is currently vacant and in poor structural condition, requiring significant refurbishment works before it could be occupied.

Site Inspection and Briefing 16 October 2024 at 10am

Anticipated Award 28 November 2024
