This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) requires a vendor to conduct a review of the Digital Business Division’s (DBD) and Digital Service Division’s (DSD) current engineering practices, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, governance, and compliance procedures, as well as the path to production. This review will focus on identifying areas that impact our product delivery velocity and quality, establishing benchmarks for the ongoing measurement of delivery velocity and quality to gauge the impact of future changes, and providing guidance for subsequent improvements.
The review should cover the range of disciplines across the divisions which vary between branches including but not limited to software engineering, data science, quality assurance, service design, user experience design, product management, research, interaction design, content design, and DevOps.
