JLL, on behalf of Services Australia, is seeking suitable office premises in Preston, Reservoir, Fawkner or Coburg North of Victoria and invites building owners and their representatives to submit details of suitable properties that are available to lease for consideration. Please only include options that you are instructed and retained upon.

Within the suburbs of Preston, Reservoir, Fawkner or Coburg North in Victoria
Close to Commercial & Retails precincts with good access to public transport and carparking
PREMISES
Ranging from 1400 to 1500 square metres NLA of customer service delivery accommodation with a preference for ground floor accommodation (with a minimum ground floor content of 900 sqm).
