Tender Description
The purpose of the project is to construct a new netball facility at Booth Park Kurri Kurri, in strict conformance with Grant Funding Agreements from PCIP and LPFP
The project is being funded from contributions by Cessnock City Council and two grants, Level the Playing Field Program (LPFP) 2023/24 and Priority Community Infrastructure program (PCIP). The funding supports the delivery of 12 Netball Courts, carparking and amenities.
Deliverables:
The Contractor shall provide all items specified in the Contract in order to complete the Works.
- IFC Design Work, includes but is not limited to:
- Construction of 12 netball courts including line marking and goalposts
- Construction of a new amenity building
- Construction of bitumen sealed carparks
- Stormwater and drainage
- Fencing, bollards and retaining walls
- All Electrical, Hydraulic and Mechanical
- Furniture (internal and external), Fixtures & signage
- Hard and Soft landscaping and services
The Contractor is to provide the necessary design work (Drafting and Engineering) in order to affect the design and its overall intent. Design may include and not be limited to:
- Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical Services including;
- Public Annunciation (PA) System
- Structured Cabling and associated Racking, Patching and PLCs etc.
- Lighting Controls and any
- Metering and Distribution Boards
- Private Services Connection(s)
