The Balonne Shire Council (Principal) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake construction of footpaths and kerb across the Shire.

It is essential that tender submissions meet the Principal’s requirements of the replacement/construction of footpaths and kerb and provide sound methodology which includes how the site will be safely managed with pedestrian traffic and vehicle access. It is mandatory for the Contractor to submit Response Schedule H – Methodology to ensure a conforming tender submission. This Scope of Works also sets out the expectations of how the Site will be left following the completion of the Works.
