Coomalie Community Government Council (CCGC) owns and maintains a number of key assets including but not limited to:

• Buildings

• Roads

-Arterial – 60km with 59% unsealed

-Collector roads – 32km with 23% unsealed

-Property access roads – 64km all sealed

• Bridges and culvert over 6m span

• Pathways – 5km

• Parks and Reserves

• Waste management facilities

• Cemeteries

CCGC wish to develop an Asset Management Strategy and Asset Management Plan which can be reviewed annually. An Asset Management Strategy (AMS) is to encompass an asset management policy and defined levels of service. Asset condition inspections, in association with CCGC, are to inform the basis of developing a basic Asset Management Plan (AMP) including a schedule of future asset condition inspections.
