Shellharbour City Council (Council) invites suitably qualified Respondents to submit a Formal Tender (Tender) for the Operational Lease of Shellharbour City Stadium.

This Tender is intended to provide suitably qualified and experienced respondents with information on a potential operational lease of Shellharbour City Stadium opportunity. It also describes Council's requirements and explains how submissions will be considered and potential next steps.

The Tender will provide respondents with the opportunity to submit binding terms to Council for the operational lease at Shellharbour Stadium. Interested parties are requested to provide an Expression Of Interest containing detailed information on proposed operations, encompassing aspects such as Technical Capability, Financial Capabilities, Innovation and Technology and Community Programs.

Stadium specific enquiries should be directed to Mathew Apolo via the on-line forum 

Leasing enquiries should be directed to Amy Celima or Jon Kilah via the on-line forum

SUBMITTING TENDER:

i) RFx's can be submitted in electronic format through Council's e-tendering portal in PDF format or alternatively Microsoft WORD format.

ii) Alternatively, RFx's can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, Customer Service, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre.

While discouraged, Council will accept RFx's submitted by facsimile to Councils Records and Document Management Department on 02 4221 6016, however, Council will not accept emailed tender submissions.

REMINDER:

Ensure ALL files are uploaded to the Electronic Tenders Box PRIOR to the time and date above.

PLEASE NOTE: The ETB closes automatically at this time - file transfers still in progress at the exact closing time WILL NOT be accepted and you will not receive an automatic "successful submission" notice.

DO NOT leave your submission to the last minute. As a guide you should begin your file transfer at least 1 hour prior to closing time.
