Tender Description
Bogan Shire Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to design and construct a 33-lot residential subdivision in the town of Nyngan NSW, generally in accordance with the concept plans attached.
The works involve the re-shaping of generally level vacant land bounded by Oatley, Hoskins and Oxley Streets together with an unformed extension of Derrybong Street, Nyngan to form residential allotments, together with the construction of a new central road between Oatley and Oxley Streets, the extension / diversion of the existing stormwater drainage system into a new detention basin, the provision of water and sewerage services to the new residential lots, the supply and installation of pump stations and rising mains to discharge sewerage and stormwater from the site.
SCOPE: The requirements of this contract are addressed in the Tender Documents.
