SOHT is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced, competent, and skilled organisations to provide the goods and services in relation to the maintenance of the building fabric described in the Scope of Works (see Section 2). 

The purpose of the EOI is to identify a shortlist of suitable organisations to be invited to tender for the provision of these goods and services. The RFT will be run as an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process. Tenderers will have access to the Sydney Opera House for one day per week for the duration of the RFT to investigate the nominated assets and the day to day rhythms of the building. Sydney Opera House will pay each tenderer a modest fee for this process. 

It is mandatory that organisations intending to register their interest specifically address the selection criteria in their submission and demonstrate relevant experience and capacity to deliver services within the required parameters and as requested in the Returnable Schedules that must be included in the submission
