Powerlink Queensland invites Suppliers to provide information for Travel Management Services

This Request for Information (RFI) process is an information gathering procedure which shall enable Powerlink to evaluate a Suppliers capability and capacity to satisfy Powerlink’s requirements without requiring Respondents to incur the additional costs involved with the preparation of a fully detailed tender.

As part of Powerlink’s operations, the business regularly requires travel services for its personnel to attend various engagements and work sites, both domestically and internationally.

The information contained in the attached document has been prepared to assist potential Respondents to determine whether the scope of Powerlink Queensland's requirements are within the Respondent's capacity.

The key objectives of this RFI are to:

• Evaluate the Respondent's travel management system capabilities;

• Assess options capabilities against future anticipated traveller profiles and trends for Powerlink; and

• Determine the best contracting methodology to meet Powerlink's travel management needs.
