The Balonne Shire Council (Principal) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the design and construction of the Hebel Showground Toilet Amenity.

It is the principal’s requirements that tender submissions meet the functionality and design contained in this section. This document will outline the specific requirements of the amenities with indication of desired size and fit out to guide the design as well as provide information regarding the existing services and sewerage/freshwater requirements. The attached masterplan includes a design guide and colour palette, it is essential that the masterplan is referred to in the design.
