Tender Description
Development Victoria (DV) is seeking responses to this Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for a Head Contractor to undertake the works for the Morwell Gun Club project (Project).
The general scope of work is outlined below:
- 2no. Olympic trap shooting trenches
- Separation Fencing
- 2x asphalted accessible car parks with path to the front veranda
- Shooting stations
- Traditional owner design elements
- LED lighting
- Power upgrade to site (indicatively 240V mains)
- Armoury shed split to securely store ammunition and firearms
- Site services
- Landscaping improvements
- Storage area
The Head Contractor will be selected via a two-phase procurement process with an Open EOI followed by a detailed Request for Tender process for invited shortlisted bidders.
This procurement will be subject to Ministerial Directions for Public Construction in Victoria, the Local Jobs First policy as a Standard project, the Social Procurement Framework and the Fair Jobs Code.
The successful respondent will be engaged under a Victorian Public Construction Contract, approved for use by Development Victoria.
