The Rural City of Wangaratta (RCoW) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to complete the detailed design and reconstruction of the pavement on Moyhu-Hansonville Road.

An 865m section of Moyhu-Hansonville Road has failed and requires full road pavement rehabilitation. The road is no longer fit for purpose, and speed restrictions have been enforced for 18 months due to safety precautions. A reconstruction of both table drains is required, and further investigations will be required to identify any cross-culvert replacement. Works will include full dig out and rehabilitation of 865m of pavement with optional 3% cement stabilisation. The current width is 4.5m. It is proposed that the seal width of the pavement and seal be upgraded to 6.2m as per the IDM standard.Tenders will include the following:

• Completion of Response Schedule as supplied
• Construction Methodology to be submitted as part of assessment.
• Works programme/timeline showing key dates and milestones.
• Evidence of experience in successfully delivering similar types of projects.
• Completion of the Schedule of Rates spreadsheet (information to be submitted in the provided template).
• Tenderers should make their own assessment of the Services to be provided, and base their tenders accordingly.
