The Shire of Kulin is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide and install and audio visual (AV) system in the Council Chambers with compatible meeting recording and live streaming capabilities.

Scope of Works

The Shire of Kulin require an AV solution that will provide a professional level of audio and video for attendees both in person and virtually with compatible meeting recording and live streaming capabilities.

The proposal will include the design, supply and installation of all equipment to ensure the room will multi-functional for a variety of meeting types, noting that individual councillor microphones and displays are not required.

Background Information

Currently there is no audio system installed in Council Chambers. Two projectors are installed which display on the front and back walls.

Current council desk formation is an enclosed format with councillors/staff in a U shape facing President/staff.

Timeframe

Availability will be a key part of our assessment criteria; the sooner that applicants are available to install the hardware, the higher their submissions will be scored.
