The Rural City of Wangaratta (RCoW) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to construct a Drainage Basin (Sediment & Retarding) for the South Wangaratta Growth Area (SGA).

This project is for the construction of a wetland retarding basin, outlet drainage and associated infrastructure for the South Wangaratta Growth Area basin for precincts 3 & 4.

The works shall include all necessary work to construct a drainage basin that conforms to the requirements of the Specification and the Tender issue detailed design documentation included in the contract. 

Tenders will include the following:

• Completion of Response Schedule as supplied
• Construction Methodology to be submitted as part of assessment.
• Works programme/timeline showing key dates and milestones.
• Evidence of experience in successfully delivering similar types of projects.
• Completion of the Schedule of Rates spreadsheet (information to be submitted in the provided template).
• Tenderers should make their own assessment of the Services to be provided, and base their tenders accordingly.
