Tender Description
The City is seeking a suitable contractor(s) for the replacement of all mechanical services using R22 refrigerant and those assessed as P1 and P2 scheduled for renewal with a single central water-cooled system.
The Contractor(s) is/are to undertake urgent conservation works identified in the 2023 Perth Town Hall Heritage Management Plan by element, notably to the western gable (internally and externally) and reoiling of the timber shingle roofs.
