SERVICE REQUIRED:

Shellharbour City Council invites submissions for the Tender of electrical relocation works for the Tripoli Way Extension in Albion Park. The project involves the relocation and undergrounding of existing electrical services in The Expressway, Moles Street, Calderwood Road, Tripoli Way, Hamilton Road and Terry Street. Works require a Level 2 ASP.

The Tenderer will be responsible for all components of the works under an amended GC21 Contract including all traffic control, site documentation, quality, safety. community consultation and environmental controls.

The Early Works Electrical Package is being undertaken to facilitate the Main Civil Works Package next year.

The Main Works package is an upgrade and extension of the existing Tripoli Way and The Expressway between Terry Street (Illawarra Highway) and Tongarra Road (Illawarra Highway) at Broughton Avenue.

SUBMITTING TENDER:

i) Tenders can be submitted in electronic format through Council's e-tendering portal in PDF format or alternatively Microsoft WORD format.

ii) Alternatively, tenders can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, Customer Service, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre.

While discouraged, Council will accept Tenders submitted by facsimile to Councils Records and Document Management Department on 02 4221 6016, however, Council will not accept emailed tender submissions.

REMINDER:

Ensure ALL files are uploaded to the Electronic Tenders Box PRIOR to the time and date above.

PLEASE NOTE: The ETB closes automatically at this time - file transfers still in progress at the exact closing time WILL NOT be accepted and you will not receive an automatic "successful submission" notice.
