Council is seeking tenders from interested Architects, with a view to appointing a panel of consultants who can provide architectural design services for various building projects up to a value of $3million.

It is intended to appoint up to 5 architects to the panel.

Projects will vary in nature and value and will include design of new buildings, additions and alterations to existing buildings, such as sporting pavilions, childcare centres, Council offices and depots, and other miscellaneous Council buildings.

Services required will include preparation of concept and detailed architectural designs, specifications and construction drawings, engagement/coordination of other consultants including structural, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, civil design, access consultants, quantity surveying, building surveyor and landscape design, contract/project management and consultation activities.

All submissions should demonstrate your experience in undertaking projects as described above particularly for local government.

Please note. The contracts will not begin until Feb/Mar 2025 and it's proposed to submit a report to appoint the panel at the February Council meeting
