The Department of Health is seeking Responses from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake works to the former City of Perth Electricity and Gas building on Murray Street, Perth to adaptive reuse as a Health Innovation Hub.  The scope is to undertake all the necessary compliant works, internal upgrade and fit out to support the creation of the Hub.
