This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
AFSA is looking to procure two Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) for an immediate start on high priority initiatives. AFSA is looking to benefit from embedded best practices the teams will be able to bring and as such it is preferable that the individuals are known to the supplier and have worked together in the recent past for a least 3 months with a proven track record of success.
The teams will be working in Scrum and using AFSA’s JIRA and Confluence instances. Both teams will be working on independent projects with some cross over on code bases. Ideally the resource profile for both teams will come from the same supplier, however ASFA, at its discretion, may consider multiple engagements with suppliers in establishing these MDTs.
