Tender Description
his Request-for-Tender (RFT) 900152 is the process by which Invitees can tender to lease from V/Line locomotives that are being repurposed from passenger services to use for freight services on the Victorian broad-gauge rail network.
This RFT is open to any party that can meet V/Line's requirement.
Once the RFT Process is concluded, V/Line intends to enter into negotiations with the Preferred Tenderer/s, in order to then finalise and execute a lease agreement with each successful Lessee for the use of a number of the repurposed locomotives.

RFT Invitees are required to confirm their details participation on the website above, to ensure they receive notification of any changes to the RFT process or requirements.
Tenders must be completed in the format specified and submitted at the place for lodgement specified above before the Closing Time.
