Wellington Shire Council is inviting contractors with suitable experience, qualifications, plant and equipment to tender for the After Hours Services Contract panel. Successful tenderers will be included in a panel of contractors to address urgent after hours situations when requested by an authorised Council Officer at locations within Wellington Shire. Tenderers can provide pricing for any number of items within the tender schedule.

Tendered prices are to remain unchanged for a period of three years from the contract award date. Council may consider a claim for a change in quoted rates at the annual anniversary of commencement of the contract, which is supported by suitable and substantive evidence, or outside the annual anniversary, where situations beyond the control of the Contractor have caused a material impact on the Contractors viability.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late, emailed, faxed or hard copy tenders will not be accepted.
