Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking to procure a Cloud based Survey Management platform.

Project goals

People, Communications and Workplace a division of TfNSW is seeking to procure a Cloud based Survey Management platform with the ability to easily seek feedback from TfNSW employees at regular intervals.

• A strategic solution with a consistent approach to surveys across PCW.

• A solution with sentiment analysis on response data, either within the platform or using extracted data (e.g., Excel)

• Be able to securely store personal, sensitive, and classified response data as per NSW State Records Act1998.

A Tender Briefing session (optional) will be scheduled for 2:00pm (ADEST) Thursday 24 October 2024. Tender briefing details will be sent to suppliers once registered in Ariba for download Request for proposal documents.
