TfNSW seeks to contract with a Salary Packaging service provider, to support its Employee Benefits program.

Scope

TfNSW provides Salary Packaging benefits to its employees through a service provider. With the incumbent contract expiring early 2025, TfNSW seeks to re-contract over a new term with suitably aligned Salary Packaging service providers, in order to continue to office this benefit as part of their Employee Benefits program. The contract offered is for a 7-year term, comprising a 3yr initial term and 2x 2-year extension options. TfNSW at their discretion may award more than 1 contract, in order to provide their employees choice of providers. The Salary packaging services may include, but not limited to: Novated vehicle leasing; Remote Area Benefits; E-Bikes; Work related expenses; and Income protection insurance.
