The Shire of Gingin is seeking expressions of interest from local community groups to cater the Australia Day Breakfast at the Neergabby Community Grounds on Australia Day 26 January 2025.

The successful group will be randomly selected from the pool of submissions.

The catering brief is as follows:

• Ability to cater for up to 300 people with breakfast burgers.
• All cooking supplies and set up needs to be facilitated by the group.
• The group will be reimbursed for food supplies.
• The Shire will donate $500 to the successful group.
• We will be calling for a gold coin donation towards the breakfast on the day - proceeds will also go to the successful community group.
