The South Australian Country Fire Service (SACFS) seeks to appoint suitable suppliers to undertake annual post-fire season vehicle servicing of the SACFS Region 1 and Region 2 fire appliances and vehicles to ensure SACFS meets its obligations under the Work Health & Safety, (WHS), Act 2012.

Fire Appliance and Vehicle Services to be completed as per the applicable specification, procedures, and guidelines:

• Part B – Specification – CFS Vehicle Servicing Regions 1 and 2

• Part B - Attachment 1 - SACFS Appliance Service Maintenance Guide 2023 V9.1

• Part B - Attachment 2 - Preventative Maintenance Schedules - 2023

• Part B - Attachment 3 - CFS ORVMR - Tyre Condition 2023

• Part B - Attachment 4 - CFS ORVMR – Light Fleet Service 2024

• Part B - Attachment 5 - CFS ORVMR - Trailer Service 2024

• Part B - Attachment 6 - CFS ORVMR - Known Fault Report Form

• Part B - Attachment 7 - SACFS SAP 22.02 Engagement of Contractors on SACFS Sites

SACFS seeks to appoint one or more suppliers for each Group within the CFS Regions 1 & 2.

The proposed base contract term is 2 years, commencing upon the conclusion of the 24/25 fire danger season.

Service Completion Milestones (from commencement date to expiry date) will be agreed between the parties to ensure service completion in line with the CFS specifications and required timeframes.

Important notes:

Respondents can submit an offer to provide servicing for:

• One or more whole Groups within each Region.

• Part of one or more Groups within each Region.

• Heavy fleet or light fleet or both.

Suppliers must submit an individual price for each vehicle service (including vehicle movement / travel fees if applicable) that you are tendering for, using the Part E document/s relevant to your offer.

A separate Part D response document is required for each Region, if submitting offers for multiple Regions.

The Government Party reserves the right to award part or all of any offer.
