The Principal requires commercial-grade cleaning of its public buildings and facilities at locations throughout the City of Gosnells. Services will include scheduled, periodic, emergency and ad-hoc additional cleans.

These buildings include public toilets, recreation centres, aquatic centre, community centres, halls, public libraries, civic centre and Council administration offices. Some halls and community buildings are cleaned by City of Gosnells employees and may require weekend or relief cleaning as advised by the Principal.

The contract will be based on a schedule of rates with services requested by the Principal on a monthly basis throughout the term of the contract.

A Mandatory Tender Briefing and Mandatory Site Inspections will be conducted on Thursday, 24 October 2024 commencing at the Civic Centre at 2120 Albany Highway, Gosnells from 8am sharp. To pre-confirm your attendance and for more information, see item 1.2 of the Specification.
