The Uralla Shire Council is seeking quotations for professional architectural services to evaluate (condition inspection), develop design and submit specifications for Roof repair / replacement at Mcmaugh gardens aged care centre located at 39 king st Uralla NSW 2358.

The scope of work shall include replacement of roof design and related work (MEP services), site visit, any necessary structural evaluation, application and submission for Council review, permits, final specifications, and estimate.

Those interested in offering these Services, as described in the RFQ's specifications, are invited to submit their Proposals to Aaron Khokhar, Manager Projects, at the Uralla Shire Council, 32 Salisbury St Uralla NSW 2358 until 5:00 pm on Friday November 8, 2024. Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted.
