Tender Description
The primary objective of this RFI is to establish a panel of qualified vendors capable of providing comprehensive support for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (FO) solutions. Hearing Australia requires a partner to help overcome technical challenges, enhance the operational effectiveness of current implementations, support future upgrades, and deliver new projects / roadmap projects efficiently.
The users and their needs
The user include internal IT teams if Hearing Australia, their primary need is to ensure efficient use and functioning of Dynamics 365 systems to manage customer engagement and financial operations effectively. While internal IT teams need a responsive partner capable of addressing technical issues and implementing new projects.
Technical/business constraints: The primary constraints include ensuring adherence to privacy regulations and data governance requirements, and tight deadlines for implementing critical features or updates.
