The Project includes the following functional spaces:

1. Sail Training Room

2. Toilets and Change Rooms

3. Sports Storage

4. Circulation & Lockers

5. Canteen

6. Flag Deck & Starter Box

Tender Closing Date is 4:00pm Friday 8th November
