Tender Description
To establish a panel of providers with a standard offering of services and agreed pricing to enable collective leadership capability strategy.
Project goals
Establishment of a panel of learning and organisational development services that can be procured as required by the business to deliver agreed leadership and team development initiatives. In scope target groups will include current and emerging leaders, senior executive groups plus small to large scale teams and groups with team capability uplift requirements and intervention initiatives.
The panel will comprise of four (4) category areas 1. Facilitation and delivery services 2. Design and development of learning solutions 3. Deliver and manage talent and team diagnostic tools and debriefs 4. Capability Assessments and improvement strategies 4. Capability and Cultural Assessments and associated reporting. Providers will be selected for each category based on their demonstrated experience in successfully delivering outcomes to similar client groups and their flexibly to adapt to an evolving government landscape.
Depending on demonstrated experience and capability providers may be selected for more than one category. Each category will have up to three (3) providers selected, who will be considered for an engagement depending on specific requirements identified. It should be anticipated successful panel providers may need to work in partnership with selected providers from other categories to ensure successful deliverables.
