The Shire of East Pilbara ('the Principal' / 'Council'), invites Tenders from suitably qualified, licenced and experienced Contractors of sporting ovals and green space lighting and lighting control systems.

This Request is made up of two (2) Separable Portions. Tenderers may submit an offer for both Separable Portions or for only one Separable Portion.

Separable Portion 1 is for the design, supply and installation of new LED Sports Lighting Systems for the Boomerang Oval, Kangaroo Oval and Capricorn Oval. These new lighting systems must be integrated with the existing Lighting Control System (Eisbar).

The current lighting systems on these ovals have been identified as requiring an upgrade to meet sporting industry standards.

Separable Portion 2 is for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and ongoing support and maintenance of a new Oval Lighting Control System to cover five (5) ovals (Boomerang, Kangaroo, Capricorn, Emu and Goanna Ovals) and the Netball and Tennis Courts.

The current lighting control system used for these ovals and courts is no longer fit for purpose in terms of usability and reporting.

Note: the Works under Separable Portion 2 are contingent upon the award of Separable Portion 1. If, for any reason, Separable Portion 1 is not awarded to a Tenderer, Separable Portion 2 will not proceed.
