In order to address the increasing scale of our modelling and simulation activities, this request seeks to engage experienced sellers to help with the development of unified processes to better manage the software development life cycle and provide ongoing quality assurance and controls to ensure the software produced is fit for purpose.

This will include evolving our existing continuous integration pipeline to incorporate vulnerability, performance and static analysis, as well as incorporating our suite of simulation tools into the continuous integration pipeline.

Working arrangements: This engagement requires full on-site availability, however some remote work will be negotiable. This engagement can support up to 1 FTE. 1 FTE is characterised as 37.5 hours per week; approximately 1800 hours per calendar year (1200 in the first year). This opportunity will support up to two persons to satisfy the FTE requirements of the contract

Security clearance: Other - Engaged personnel must hold a current or reinstateable security clearance at a minimum level of Baseline as at the commencement date of any associated Work Order, with a strong preference for Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1). Any personnel engaged at a level of Baseline must be willing and able to upgrade their clearance to a NV1. Engaged personnel shall comply with the requirements and procedures of the Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF), as amended from time to time.
