Tender Description
The Department of Education is seeking Proposals for the provision of Holiday Adventure Program for Overseas Students.
The SOA will cover the following requirements (see Part B – SOA Details – Schedule 1 Requirements for full details):
- Preparation and delivery of pre-agreed, reoccurring tours designed to cater for the HAP during the gazetted Queensland State School vacation periods at the end of Term 1 and the end of Term 3 (see https://education.qld.gov.au/about-us/calendar) with all fully costed tour itineraries;
- Preparation and delivery of new HAP tour designs or ad hoc HAPs with all fully costed tour itineraries; and
- School organised Tours (e.g., school excursions), preparation and delivery of new tour designs or ad hoc requests from other eligible customers with all fully costed tour itineraries.
