The National Measurement Institute (NMI), a Division within the Department of Industry, Science and Resources, is establishing a Digital Program Management Office (DPMO) to oversee its $40 million ICT program of work. It is seeking consultancy expertise to establish a scalable, best practice DPMO. This is not a delivery PMO but rather an assurance and governance DPMO, so expertise in Agile/Waterfall or specific ICT delivery methodologies and practices are not required.

The statement of deliverables are in the attached. We are seeking a quote on a time and materials basis on the complete set of deliverables outlined below.
