About this project

This project will include defining the requirements for a new financial system or integrated system/s (together with retail / inventory system) with functionality required post-end-of-life of current system (Microsoft NAV 2016) and producing tender documentation to enable Sovereign Hill (SH) to go to market to source a provider to deliver on Sov Hills finance, inventory, production and retail needs to enable implementation by end 2025.

This project has two phases. Phase 1 is this RFQ for assistance in the technical procurement documentation and process and consultation. Phase 2 is the actual implementation.
