Tender Description
The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) is an independent statutory body set up to combat and reduce the incidence of major crime and corruption in the public sector in Queensland.
The overarching objective of the ITO is to source and implement a Case Management System (CMS) that meets the current and future needs of the CCC, and evolves with emerging best practices of an Investigation Case Management System.
The scope of the ITO will consist of:
- Identification and acquisition of a suitable CMS, which may be a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product or a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering;
- Provision of necessary configurations and integrations to meet the specific needs of the CCC;
- Provision for training and support services to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system; and
- Ongoing maintenance including software updates and ongoing support services post implementation.
A contract with the successful supplier will be formed based on the QITC Comprehensive Contract Conditions.

- Date and time - Thursday 24 October 2024 @ 0900hrs for 30 minutes.
- Attendance is NOT mandatory to be able to submit a response.
- You must register your attendance to the briefing by emailing tender@ccc.qld.gov.au prior to COB Wednesday 23 October 2024.
- When registered an invite will be sent to the vendor including a MS Teams link.
- The briefing will cover:
- Questions (All questions and responses will be recorded and published to QTenders)
- What the CCC are looking for.
- What has been completed to date.
- Discipline Specific Investigation Case Management project overview.
- Crime and Corruption Commission overview.
