The Department of Veterans' Affairs is seeking to engage a provider to:

• build on the existing high-level Digital Resilience Roadmap (the Roadmap) and the recent Chief Information Officer and ICT Delivery Branches Review (the Review), and
• develop a comprehensive ICT and Digital Future State Strategy (the Strategy), to set the vision for DVA ICT applications and identify the services to develop, maintain and support them.
