Tender Description
Council wishes to engage a lessee for premises located at Bulli Beach Cafe, Bulli, NSW also known as Part Lot 68 in Deposited Plan 1102884.
The Lease is for an initial period of five (5) years, with an option to extend for a further five (5) years with any such extension at the sole discretion of Council and the outdoor dining licence agreement will run in conjunction with the lease agreement term.
